Terms of Service
These terms summarise the basis on which iDeliver provides shipping, fulfillment and last-mile delivery services to merchants in Egypt. They are provided for transparency; a full service agreement is signed when your merchant account is activated.

Our service
iDeliver collects shipments from merchants and delivers them to their customers across Egypt, including cash-on-delivery (COD) collection and remittance, fulfillment and 3PL fleet services.
Pricing
Our published tariff (base rate by zone, delivery times and pickup fees) is shown openly on our Pricing page and is valid from the date stated there. Bulk and merchant-specific rates are agreed with our sales team. We keep the public tariff in sync with any change.
Prohibited items
We do not transport liquids, or breakable or flammable materials. Please do not send any shipment containing such items.
Liability & compensation
We provide material compensation for shipments lost through our error, agreed with the sender. Pickup is during the day, with processing and delivery starting the next day.
COD remittance
Collected cash is reconciled against your shipments and remitted to you through your chosen payout method. Balances are always derived from confirmed deliveries.
