Data we collect
When you submit the merchant onboarding or contact forms we collect the details you provide — your name, brand name, WhatsApp number, email, pickup address, product type and preferred payout details. We do not collect this data unless you choose to send it to us.
How we use it
We use your details only to set up and operate your merchant account, arrange pickups and deliveries, remit your collected cash, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes you have not agreed to.
Lawful basis
We process onboarding data to take steps at your request before entering a service agreement, and contact-form data on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you, and merchant data for as long as you hold an account with us plus any period required by Egyptian law.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Financial payout details are treated as confidential and used solely to remit your earnings.
